How we work

You see something running every Friday.

The way agency projects go wrong is silence for six weeks followed by a demo of the wrong thing. So there is no silence.

Day 0

Scope & sign

We write down exactly what's in and what's out, with a date and a number. You get a repo you own from day one. 50% starts the clock.

Week 1

Design & skeleton

Every screen designed, the app navigable on your phone by Friday. Changes are cheap this week and expensive later — so we spend the time here.

Week 2–3

Build

Backend, accounts, payments, the AI parts. A new build every Friday with a two-line note on what changed. You break it, we fix it Monday.

Week 4

Polish & submit

Edge cases, empty states, crash handling, store listing, screenshots, privacy forms. We handle review and the rejections that come with it.

After

Thirty days of fixes

Included, not a support contract. Anything broken that we built, we fix. Then you either take it in-house or move to Ship & Grow.

Who you're hiring

Two people. Both of them write code.

You will have our phone numbers. This is the whole company — there is nobody behind us to escalate to, which is exactly why things get done.

Data & backend · London

Data and backend engineer in London, with years inside startups — he has watched these projects go wrong from the inside, which is why ours don't. The parts that have to still work at 3am are his: pipelines, APIs, infrastructure. Your first call, and the one who'll meet you in person.

Voice AI & product

Builds voice AI for a living, and built and sold Medvix before that. Designs and ships the product itself — interface, models, the bit users touch. If your product talks or listens, this is the reason to pick us over anyone else.

The awkward questions

Answered here, so you don't have to ask them on the call.

Only two of you?
Yes. We take one project at a time — a deliberate limit, not a growth stage we haven't reached yet. It's why your messages get answered the same day and why nothing sits in a queue behind a bigger client. If we're booked, we'll tell you the date we're free rather than start you and stall.
Why not just build it with AI myself?
For a demo, do — genuinely. The tools are good and you'll learn what you actually want, which makes you a better client. The gap opens when it meets real users: the seven places that end up costing money, trust or an App Store rejection. We're the step after the prototype, not a replacement for it.
What don't you take on?
We're happy either side of the line — web app, mobile app, SaaS dashboard, internal tool, an AI feature bolted onto something you already run. What we turn down: games, crypto and blockchain, and anything that needs forty screens on day one. If your idea needs a team of eight, we'll say so on the call and tell you who to talk to instead.
Where are you actually based?
Onur is in London and will meet you in person. Doruk works from Istanbul. It's a two-city studio, we're upfront about it, and calls happen in your working hours. If you need everyone in a room in Zone 1 every week, we're not your studio.
Why should we trust a small studio with this?
Don't, yet. Start with the £2,500 Prototype Sprint. In a week you'll have a working build on your phone and you'll know exactly how we work — and if you continue, that money comes straight off the MVP. That's the whole point of it existing.

Tell us the idea. We'll tell you the price and the date.
