You see something running every Friday.
The way agency projects go wrong is silence for six weeks followed by a demo of the wrong thing. So there is no silence.
Scope & sign
We write down exactly what's in and what's out, with a date and a number. You get a repo you own from day one. 50% starts the clock.
Design & skeleton
Every screen designed, the app navigable on your phone by Friday. Changes are cheap this week and expensive later — so we spend the time here.
Build
Backend, accounts, payments, the AI parts. A new build every Friday with a two-line note on what changed. You break it, we fix it Monday.
Polish & submit
Edge cases, empty states, crash handling, store listing, screenshots, privacy forms. We handle review and the rejections that come with it.
Thirty days of fixes
Included, not a support contract. Anything broken that we built, we fix. Then you either take it in-house or move to Ship & Grow.
Two people. Both of them write code.
You will have our phone numbers. This is the whole company — there is nobody behind us to escalate to, which is exactly why things get done.

Data and backend engineer in London, with years inside startups — he has watched these projects go wrong from the inside, which is why ours don't. The parts that have to still work at 3am are his: pipelines, APIs, infrastructure. Your first call, and the one who'll meet you in person.

Only two of you?
Why not just build it with AI myself?
What don't you take on?
Where are you actually based?
Why should we trust a small studio with this?
Tell us the idea. We'll tell you the price and the date.
